Aims2Cure visited the Harrow MS Therapy Centre to present a cheque for £5620 to cover the cost of a brand new state- of-the-art standing frame. Many of the Centre’s members are in a wheelchair and standing up straight is a very effective treatment, something able-bodied people take for granted. Standing in the correct posture helps control muscle spasm, improve circulation and digestion, combat bowel and bladder problems and enable people to see the world as it should be seen. This in turn improves self-esteem.
