Actress Michelle Collins and Newsreader Dermot Murnaghan hosted Aims2Cure's
"X Factor" night at London's Marriott
Hotel. The event raised a massive £99,000 for research into Multiple
Sclerosis.

As published in The Jewish News, 16 June 2005... Aims2Cure, a north-west London based charity, held a battle of the
bands to raise £90,000 for research into multiple sclerosis. Nine months
of rehearsals culminated in a showdown between two celebrity-led bands
at The Marriott on Grosvenor Square. With 500 guests casting votes,
former EastEnders star Michelle Collins led her band to victory at the
Aims2Cure event. |
